Order processing 

We strive to process orders promptly, typically within the same day, but please allow 1-2 days for us to complete the necessary processing. During busy periods, these times may vary. Rest assured, we aim to minimize any delays.

Shipping 

Once your order has been processed, we will promptly ship it to you. We will notify you and, if applicable, provide tracking information. Our shipping rates are Є5 within Slovakia and Є9.95 elsewhere. We offer worldwide shipping, ensuring your order reaches you wherever you are.

Delivery

Delivery times vary based on your location. Customers in Slovakia can expect faster delivery compared to those in England, for example. While we will keep you informed about shipping details, including tracking information and estimated delivery times, please note that we cannot guarantee precise delivery dates. Once your order is in the hands of the courier, the actual delivery timeline is beyond our control.

For deliveries within Slovakia, the usual timeframe is approximately 3 working days from the completion of processing. However, please allow for potential variations and allocate up to 10 working days* for delivery (after processing).

*International deliveries may take longer.

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we accept returns within 14 days after delivery, provided that the item remains unused and is in its original condition. If these conditions are met, we will issue a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

To initiate a return, use the contact page, add your order details and request - size change or return, for example. We will respond with instructions* on how to return your item(s).
